I have seen "Invitations In A bottle" elsewhere, they have quoted a cheaper price, can you match it?
Although we pride our selves in being Australia's first home of the "invitation in a bottle" others have
also found it to be a great idea. If you have received a quote for "invitations in a bottle" from any
other supplier in Australia, we will not only match that price, we will beat it.
How is the hand painted bottle packaged?
Each hand painted bottle is sent in its own wooden display box. It lies on a bed of wood wool for protection and all wooden boxes are also wrapped in cardboard for extra protection during transit. We also gift wrap each package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank deposit and credit card payments. We have an eftpos machine and can accept master card or visa.

Are the invitation bottles strong enough to post?
Our invitation bottles are very strong. The plastic bottles are the best for postage as they will definately not break. The glass bottles are a very durable thick glass and we chose them especially with postage in mind.
I would like glass "Invitations In A bottle" can this be done?
Over the years we have had countless requests for glass invitations in a bottle. We are happy to now have a specific bottle in stock especially for invitations. When requesting your quote, simly request glass bottles.
I need a hand painted bottle today for a last minute gift. Can this be done?
We always have a selection of pre-painted bottles in stock, so depending on your requirements; we will try and accommodate your request immediately.
How much is it to post the "invitation in a bottle"?
Australia Post will deliver plastic invitations for $3.80 each within Australia. Glass invitations cost slightly more at $4.20 each within Australia.

Do I need extra packaging to post the "invitation in a bottle"?
Although each invite comes in its own box, we suggest that each one is sent in a small padded post bag, this keeps the box from being damaged or the bottle being squashed by larger parcels. We also now offer mailing tubes which can be purchased instead of the boxes, these tubes are specifically made to fit the glass bottles snuggly. When requesting your quote simply request a quote for Glass Bottles with Mailing Tube.
I'm unsure what I'd like painted - what can you do?
We will try to accommodate any request. Our most requested bottles are: hearts, shells, star signs, roses, names and special dates, Numerical age, butterflies.
Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?
We can guarantee that your order will be posted on a specific day, if your order is required by a specific date, we suggest you order in time to accommodate enough travel time.
Do you take orders from outside of Australia?
We certainly do! We have had many orders over the years from the UK, USA and Canada. We are happy to take orders from anywhere within the world.
Can you print invitations in languages other than english?
YES! We can, obviously we wont understand what it says. But if you provide us with the wording we can print up invitations in other languages. We can even do half in english and half in your other language.
Are the Sand & Shells ok to send internationally, through customs?
We have sent many orders internationally and never had a problem with customs.
However bottles with Gum Nuts/Lavendar/Rose Petals can not be sent internationally.
What will happen if the bottle is broken?
All care is taken to ensure that your order is wrapped and packaged securely; therefore All Bottled Up takes no responsibility for items damaged in transit.
I don't know what to write? Can you help me with wording?
We certainly can help with wording; we have many samples of messages for all occasions. We will forward some through to you to choose from.
Can you discount your prices?
Our products already represent great value for money. We will often offer customers who have a very large order a discount of some sort.
Will I see my invites before they go to print?
YES! Most defiantely! A draft will be sent through via email for you to check over closely before we go to print.
Can you post my Invitations directly to my guests?
NO, I am sorry. We don't send them directly to your guests, we prefer for all of our customers tohave the opportunity to view each invitation before they are given to your guests. All invitations are sent to you addressed and ready for postage, you can then send them all directly onto your guests.
When will you send my Mini Message?
Mini Message will be sent next day (Mon - Fri) or if the order is received early enough, we can do same day postage.
I have seen a paper that I like somewhere else and it's not on your website, can you get it?
Although we stock a large range we don't always have what you have in mind, let us know what it is you are after and we will endeavor to get it especially for you.
I want to order a sample before placing my full order?
We do offer both sample "invitations in a bottle" and sample invites from our "beautifully basic" range. Both incur a small charge.
Do you have a minimum order?
No we do not have a minimum order. We understand that all events are different, some may only need 10 invites and some may need 200.
When is payment of my order due?
Due to our products being a very personalised service no work will begin on your order, including no drafts will be sent through until full payment is recieved.
Refunds and Credits
Once payment has been recieved and your order has been started we have a no refund policy. I am sure you will understand that once items have been personalised (painted, printed etc) we can not offer a refund or credit for change of mind.
